Marcus Billman-Chairman

Marcus Billman has over three decades of international leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing, and private‑equity–owned companies. He has extensive private equity and operational experience over a thirty-year career and has worked as CEO at private equity portfolio companies Balta Industries and Thorn Lighting. Marcus has also worked at Alcoa CSI Europe and spent 14 years in various management positions at Tetra Pak globally. In recent years he has worked at Triton Partners in Operating Partner and Senior Expert roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Gunnar Hviding-Board Member

Gunnar Hviding is an experienced business executive with a broad leadership background across multiple industries. He has served as CEO of several technology and energy‑related companies, including Resman, Blueday Technology, Roxar ASA (formerly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange), and Crudecorp ASA (formerly listed on the Oslo Merkur Market).

Mr. Hviding currently holds key board positions, serving as Chairman of the Board for Mirmorax AS and Lervig AS and Zaptec ASA. His earlier career includes senior management roles within Orkla and Hansa Borg, complemented by international petroleum sector experience with Shell Internationale Petroleum Maatschappij.

He holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from INSEAD, reflecting a strong combination of technical and business expertise.

Bruno Chabas-Board Member

Bruno Chabas joined the Techouse Group board in January 2026. From 2012 to 2024 prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of SBM Offshore N.V., a publicly traded global leader in offshore energy solutions. During his tenure, he led the company through major strategic transformations. These included the introduction of new floating production technologies and the company’s expansion into renewable energy markets. As a result, SBM Offshore’s market value increased significantly.

He began his career in finance. In 1992, he transitioned to the energy and offshore infrastructure industries by joining Stolt Comex Seaway. Over nearly two decades, he held various managerial roles in the USA, France, and the UK. During this period, he ultimately became Managing Director. Following this, in 1999, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Stolt Offshore, which later became Acergy. From 2002 until the merger with Subsea 7 in 2011, he served as Chief Operating Officer. Bruno Chabas holds an MBA with High Distinction from Babson College. Kristian Diesen-Board Member

Kristian is an Investment Advisory Professional at Triton focusing on the Business Services and Industrial Tech sectors with a particular focus on Energy related investments. Kristian also sits on the board of DeepOcean AS. He joined Triton from Pareto Securities, where he held a senior partner position in the research department with the main focus on oil services. Previously, Kristian worked at Deloitte in the Auditing division. He holds an MSc in Business from the Norwegian School of Management.                Source : DeepOcean
